Dr. Raghu Athre is a board-certified head and neck surgeon with a specialty in performing facial reconstructive surgery. Dr. Athre attended the University of Texas where he majored in chemical engineering and graduated with honors. He later attended Texas Southwest Medical School. It was there that Dr. Athre received the Hudson-Penn Award, an honor granted to the top senior surgical medical student. He completed a residency in head and neck surgery at UT Southwestern. Dr. Athre sharpened his skills with a residency at the Premier Image Cosmetic and Laser Surgery Center under the guidence of leading surgeon Dr. William Silver. He specialized in brow lifts, eyelid, and nose reconstruction. The doctor opened his first clinic in his hometown of Houston, where he now also operates a second clinic.
