ANHF - Community Partners Program
This program assists people from a Chinese/ Vietnamese background to access quality aged care services which are sensitive to their cultural needs. Coordinators organise community information sessions and advocacy, workshop and cultural sensitive training for aged care facilities with Chinese/ Vietnamese clusters, facilitate partnership among Chinese community organisations and mainstream service providers or age care services.
