Carers Support
Monthly cares luncheon provides social and support services for those that care for someone who is aged, or has a disability and a time for sharing of information. The person being cared for can come along and have lunch with the Day Centre whilst carers enjoy the luncheon. Transport and respite care can be arranged. Group meets on the second Tuesday of the month 12pm - 1.30pm. Carers Phone Support provides information and support by a volunteer over the phone for carers, so respite is not needed to leave the home. Talk for as long as needed, and conversations remain confidential. Calls can be made at an agreed time and frequency if required.
