Colony 47 provides a number of programs focusing on assisting people with varying needs with improving their skills and achieving their employment goals. The employment programs include: Jobnet - Job Network, Personal Support Program and New Apprenticeship Centre services, JPET - for young people aged 15 - 21, CMS - for disadvantaged young people aged 12 - 25, JMP - for indigenous people preparing to re-enter the community from prison, and Career Advice Australia.
