Home Care Service - Illawarra provides assistance to Frail Aged, younger people with disabilities and their carers, to assist them to remain in their own homes when they might otherwise need to enter residential care. Services are flexible, may be available during the day, night and weekends depending on the client's circumstances. This will be determined at assessment. Provides domestic assistance, personal care. Assists clients to essential appointments. Will consider short term assistance needs when hours are available.
