COA arranges practical assistance for the aged in their own homes, including personal care, domestic assistance and companionship, etc. Delivered Kosher Meals on Wheels for frail and aged and younger people with disabilities. Outreach service to housebound people and COA members in hospital. Jewish cluster: brings Jewish traditions and celebrations to residents in non-denominational nursing homes. COA Centre: Daily and cultural activities, stimulating lectures, current affairs, exercise classes, bridge, indoor bowls and outings - 5 days a week. Members and friends are welcome to "drop in". Voluntary work involvement available in many aspects of COA work.

I’m currently in treatment at canarven street and I have been working for over a year now and it’s difficult to get to the chemist on time and to see anyone at canarven street because of my work hours, I have been put on daily pick ups until 30/11/2022 when I do a test. This was changed from weekly to daily because I came in and did a sample and it wasn’t registering a temperature or anything in my sample including methadone which is impossible so my worker assumed that I was trying it on somehow and put me on daily pick ups. It was definitely a faulty test and because I didn’t hang around to do another one, she thought the worst, I understand why but I’m working away soon and I will need a 3-4 day take out but can’t get hold of my worker no matter how many messages I leave she is always busy and never calls me back so what can I do??? I’m working away in Belfast this month
