McNamara Lodge offers a 96 bed low care facility and is divided into four houses. Each house consists of 24 single rooms surrounding the main dining and living area. Each room has the following: . Private ensuite . Split system, wall mounted, remote control air-conditioning . Telephone facilities available in room . Patio entry to gardens and walkways around the facility . Duress system-24 hour care staff in attendance Services available are :- . Qualified Nursing staff 6 days per week . Visiting Allied health professionals . Onsite salon and visiting hairdresser . Large central activities room . Estate motel rooms available to families . Dryandra Hostel is a low care 26 bed accredited facility, with ageing in place, providing permanent and respite accommodation and care to frail and aged residents. A local GP visits every week ; There is nursing support through the hospital and residents have regular visits to the podiatrist at the hospital ; Therapy assessments are done by a visiting OT; Local churches hold regular services ; Hairdresser visits weekly ; and there is volunteer support from community members . Aged Care Assessment Team (Northam) Referrals from a Medical Practitioner and the Aged Care Assessment Team are required for entry to Dryandra.
