Emergency Relief Services may vary in the forms of ER assistance given according to funding availability. Emergency relief is operated by appointment or telephone contact and by directly attending an ER centre. Individual and Family Counselling :- Supporting families and individuals in crisis Assisting family members to improve communication and resolve conflict Promoting knowledge and skills to enhance relationships Enabling individuals and families to cope with stress, anxiety, grief, depression and trauma Providing information and referral to appropriate agencies Community Support Services provided by Southern Agcare include : Mental health first aid courses Bereavement and other support groups Workshops an seminars on a variety of topics, on request.
