This program assists culturally and linguistically diverse people who are newly arrived in Tasmania, especially refugees, to make informed decisions and independently access appropriate health services. Bi-Cultural Community Health Workers also assists the services to understand different cultural approaches to health and how to provide responsive and effective services to people from diverse backgrounds.
