Delivered Meals on Wheels
This program is funded through Home and Community Care and provides a 3 course meal for people of all ages who cannot reasonably get a meal for themselves, because of sickness, or a temporary medical condition. An assessor will contact the client to make an assessment and explain the service. Meals are delivered Monday to Friday and in some areas frozen meals are available.
