The June O'Connor Centre is a social / drop in centre which has been established for the benefit of adults with a mental health disability. The centre provides social and recreational activities and membership is on a voluntary basis. The Whitfords centre is a one year pilot project and is only funded to open on Mondays at present.

This is a public hospital covering the Lower and Central GS region. GPs in the Albany area are rostered for on call and emergency work. The WA Palliative Care Network, ACAT, HACC(MOW only) and MHS are also on this site. Dr Russell Harkman(MHS) has the psychosis program within the hospital in G- Ward. Physiotherapy . Radiology . Social Work . Speech Therapy . Day Surgery. If non emergency transport to hospital is required, refer to Red Cross(9842 9095).Red Cross also provides hire of equipment e.g. shower chairs, wheel chair etc. Equipment hire has a small holding fee which is refunded once product is returned.
