Reconnect works to intervene in conflict situations to help avoid young people 12-18yo leaving home and becoming homeless. This is done through counselling, family counselling and mediation, individual case management, referrals to Centrelink, practical support for parents, information and referral, workshops and recreational outings. Workshops cover topics such as conflict resolution, anger management, parenting skills, health issues, living skills, self esteem, relationships and drug and alcohol issues. Hi my name is Malika, i am in desperate need for some food, i have spent my last on my car as i need the vehicle to get me from work to pick up kids from school and back home, otherwise i couldtn get anywhere, if anyone would be able to help i would very much appreciate it, as i got my own rental at a very young age i am finding it difficult to put food in our mouths aswell.. any help would be very helpul at this very moment.
