The Act prohibits discrimination against any person on the basis of any attribute/ground prescribed by the Act. The Act also prohibits sexual harassment, prohibited conduct, inciting hatred and victimisation.

Enduring Guardian: the appointed person may make lifestyle decisions, including decisions about medical treatment, for the donor if and when he or she loses capacity to make these decisions.
